Bookkeeping
Investment:
Fixed rate packages calculate your year of bookkeeping fees (at a discounted rate), year end tax bill, your QBO subscription and HST remittances and divides it across 12 months so you can budget each month with no large bill at the end of the year. Below are our packages based on a range of transactions each month. A transaction can be defined as any monetary event that impacts the financial statements (purchases, invoices, bill payments, deposits, cheques, etc).Sole Proprietor Packages

- 31-75 Transactions Bookkeeping Package $200 (incl HST) per month
- 76-150 Transactions Bookkeeping Package $300 (incl HST) per month

- 301-450 Transactions Bookkeeping Package $750 (incl HST) per month
Corporation Packages

Payroll
- Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payroll calculations & processing
- Pay cheque amounts and pay stubs forwarded prior to pay day
- Record of Employment processed & submitted as required
- WSIB remittance calculated and submitted as required
- T4 calculated and submitted to CRA by deadline

- $30 per pay period for 1-5 employees
- Payroll Software setup one-time fee: $50

Nicole
Head of the Bookkeeping Division
Nicole attended Brock University & Niagara College and has over 20 years experience in the corporate world and 12 years in entrepreneurship. Nicole has a unique skill set based on her experiences to help clients beyond bookkeeping with all aspects of their business including consulting/coaching, contracts, launching new businesses and so much more .
When she isn’t working, or with her 4 kids she is usually camping or planning a vacation.
Mark
Head of the Income Tax Division
Mark graduated from Humber College with honours and thoroughly enjoys doing taxes and bookkeeping. He worked in retail management for over 20 years until connecting with his true love of accounting. When he is not in front of his computer you can find him goofing around with his 4 kids.
Mark is proud of creating a company that goes above and beyond for each client.
Kimberly
Bookkeeping Division Manager
Kimberly is responsible for our quality checks and assisting the staff with problem solving and training. She reviews each client’s account for completion, accuracy and financial analysis. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, a diploma in Early Childhood Education and a certificate in Bookkeeping. When Kimberly isn’t examining accounts with a fine tooth comb, she finds enjoyment in crafting and creating.
Jaime
Bookkeeping
Jaime attended Sheridan College for accounting where she discovered her appreciation for balancing transactions. She has a wide range of experience including retail and childcare. Jaime relishes the peace and quiet of bookkeeping. When she isn’t digging through client receipts, she is enjoying time with her family of 6.
David
Bookkeeping
David attended Laurentian University and has had over 30 years managing medium sized companies while responsible for the company’s financial management and payroll. He loves delving into each client’s record to understand their company and deliver the best outcome for them. When David isn’t hiding in his office you can find him playing with his grandkids and enjoying time with his wife.

Frank recently completed his bookkeeping certificate. He has worked in many industries and looks forward to applying his management experience and bookkeeping education to his new role.
