We stand apart from standard tax preparation companies with a questionnaire for every client so we don't miss any tax deduction.   We want your business this year and every year - so we work with you from start to finish including acting as your representative to deal with the CRA on your behalf.

  • HST Remittance $33.90 per remittance
Corporate Income Taxes:
  • Corporate income tax return starting at $850
  • Nil Corporate income tax return (zero balances or no change filing): $282.50

Rush Fee:
  • Taxes received week before due date will be charged 25% to complete and submit by filing deadline (if requested to submit prior to deadline)

Bookkeeping – Sole Proprietor

Bookkeeping can be the most forgotten aspect of running your business - you never have time to do it because you're working in your business .  Hire us - we do things differently.  We strive to understand your business financials as you do which allows us to do an exceptional job with your bookkeeping. We can help you with any aspect of your bookkeeping. Fixed rate packages calculate your year of bookkeeping fees (at a discounted rate),  year end taxes , your QBO subscription and HST remittances and divides it across 12 months so you can budget each month with no large bill at the end of the year.  Below are our packages based on a range of transactions each month. A transaction can be defined as any monetary event that impacts the financial statements (purchases, invoices, bill payments, deposits, cheques, etc).

Investment:

Sole Proprietor Base Package:
  • 1-30 Transactions $180 per month
  • 31-75 Transactions $235 per month
  • 76-150 Transactions $360 per month
  • 151-300 Transactions $615 per month
  • 301-450 Transactions $870 per month
Additional to Package or A La Carte Rates:
  • Clean-up bookkeeping: $67.80/hour
  • Banking (paying CRA or vendors, etransfers, etc) : quoted separately
  • Receipt Capture or Dext processing for audit/review ready books: $85/month
  • Reminders of Installments (HST, personal & corporate income taxes): $113/year
  • Year end review of financials & comparison to prior year: $25.00
  • Review meeting to discuss financials: $45/meeting
  • Monthly financial report including amounts to set aside for HST, corporate & personal taxes: $25

Bookkeeping – Corporation

Are you a sole proprietor who incorporated? We can help simplify the accounting differences between a Corporation and a Sole Proprietorship.  From bookkeeping differences to owner payroll options to tax returns.  Our fixed rate packages include annual corporate taxes, annual personal taxes, quarterly HST remittances, monthly QBO subscription and monthly bookkeeping. Payroll

We strive to make the payroll process simple for you. Our payroll packages include:
  • Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payroll calculations & processing including direct deposit for employees
  • Record of Employment processed & submitted as required
  • WSIB remittance calculated and filed as required
  • Source deductions calculated and remittance set up
  • T4 calculated and submitted to CRA by deadline (additional charge per T4)

Investment:

  • Payroll package per pay period:
    • $30 for 1-5 employees
    • $45 for 6-10 employees
    • $60 for 11-15 employees
    • $75 for 16-20 employees
    • $100 for 21-25 employees
    • $125 for 26-30 employees
  • Payroll Software setup one-time fee
    • $50 for 1-5 employees
    • $75 for 6-10 employees
    • $100 for 11-15 employees

    • $175 for 26-30 employees
  • Payroll new employee setup: $10 per employee

Nicole attended Brock University & Niagara College and has over 20 years experience in the corporate world and 13 years in entrepreneurship.  Nicole has a unique skill set based on her experiences to help clients beyond bookkeeping with all aspects of their business including consulting/coaching, contracts, launching new businesses and so much more .

When she isn’t working, or with her 4 kids she is usually camping or cruising in the Caribbean.

Kimberly

Bookkeeping Division Manager
Payroll Administrator

Kimberly is responsible for our quality checks and assisting the staff with problem solving and training. She reviews each client’s account for completion, accuracy and financial analysis. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, a diploma in Early Childhood Education and a certificate in Bookkeeping. When Kimberly isn’t examining accounts with a fine tooth comb, she finds enjoyment in crafting and creating.

Jaime

Bookkeeper

Jaime attended Sheridan College for accounting where she discovered her appreciation for balancing transactions. She has a wide range of experience including retail and childcare. Jaime relishes the peace and quiet of bookkeeping. When she isn’t digging through client receipts, she is enjoying time with her family of 6.

David

Bookkeeper

David attended Laurentian University and has had over 30 years managing medium sized companies while responsible for the company’s financial management and payroll. He loves delving into each client’s record to understand their company and deliver the best outcome for them. When David isn’t hiding in his office you can find him playing with his grandkids and enjoying time with his wife.

Frank obtained his bookkeeping certificate from Niagara College. He has worked in many industries and loves applying his management experience and bookkeeping education to his clients.  When Frank isn’t focused on figuring out complex bookkeeping solutions he loves traveling with a focus on exploring Europe.
