Income Taxes

We stand apart from standard tax preparation companies by getting to know you and your tax situation.  We complete a questionnaire with every new client so nothing is overlooked and your refund is maximized.   We want your business this year and every year - so we work with you from start to finish including acting as your representative to deal with the CRA on your behalf.

Investment:

PERSONAL INCOME TAXES:
  • Single - Basic T1 tax return $70
  • Couple - Basic T1 tax return $125
RENTAL INCOME or SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP INCOME TAXES:
  • Small business tax return starting at $135
  • Bookkeeping (if necessary) $56.50/hour
  • Preparation of financial statements $113
CORPORATE INCOME TAXES:
  • Corporate income tax return starting at $850
  • Bookkeeping $56.50/hour
  • Preparation of financial statements $113
RUSH FEE:
  • Taxes received week before due date will be charged 25% to complete and submit by filing deadline (if requested to submit prior to deadline)

Bookkeeping

Bookkeeping can be the most forgotten aspect of running your business - you never have time to do it because you're working in your business .  Hire us - we do things differently.  We strive to understand your business financials as you do which allows us to do an exceptional job with your bookkeeping. We can help you with any aspect of your bookkeeping.

Investment:

Fixed rate packages calculate your year of bookkeeping fees (at a discounted rate),  year end tax bill, your QBO subscription and HST remittances and divides it across 12 months so you can budget each month with no large bill at the end of the year.  Below are our packages based on a range of transactions each month. A transaction can be defined as any monetary event that impacts the financial statements (purchases, invoices, bill payments, deposits, cheques, etc).
Sole Proprietor Packages
  • 1-30 Transactions Bookkeeping Package $150 (incl HST) per month
  • 31-75 Transactions Bookkeeping Package $200 (incl HST) per month
  • 76-150 Transactions Bookkeeping Package $300 (incl HST) per month
  • 151-300 Transactions Bookkeeping Package $525 (incl HST) per month
  • 301-450 Transactions Bookkeeping Package $750 (incl HST) per month
Corporation Packages
  • 1-30 Transactions Bookkeeping Package $200 (incl HST) per month
  • 31-75 Transactions Bookkeeping Package $250 (incl HST) per month
  • 76-150 Transactions Bookkeeping Package $375 (incl HST) per month
  • 151-300 Transactions Bookkeeping Package $600 (incl HST) per month
  • 301-450 Transactions Bookkeeping Package $825 (incl HST) per month
A La Carte Rates
  • Hourly Bookkeeping $50/hour + HST
  • HST remittance $30 per filing + HST
  • Training $100/hour + HST

Payroll

We strive to make the payroll process simple for you. In the beginning, we ask questions to understand your company and the way you do business so going forward it's quick & easy.
  • Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payroll calculations & processing
  • Pay cheque amounts and pay stubs forwarded prior to pay day
  • Record of Employment processed & submitted as required
  • WSIB remittance calculated and submitted as required
  • T4 calculated and submitted to CRA by deadline

Investment:

  • $30 per pay period for 1-5 employees
  • Payroll Software setup one-time fee: $50
  • ROE filing included
  • WSIB remittance included
  • Source deductions remittance included
  • T4 preparation & filing: $30 per form
  • QBO Payroll module: $20/month + $4/employee
  • Tasks required but not listed above will be charged at $50/hour

Nicole attended Brock University & Niagara College and has over 20 years experience in the corporate world and 12 years in entrepreneurship.  Nicole has a unique skill set based on her experiences to help clients beyond bookkeeping with all aspects of their business including consulting/coaching, contracts, launching new businesses and so much more .

When she isn’t working, or with her 4 kids she is usually camping or planning a vacation.

Mark graduated from Humber College with honours and thoroughly enjoys doing taxes and bookkeeping. He worked in retail management for over 20 years until connecting with his true love of accounting. When he is not in front of his computer you can find him goofing around with his 4 kids.

Mark is proud of creating a company that goes above and beyond for each client.

 

Kimberly

Bookkeeping Division Manager

Kimberly is responsible for our quality checks and assisting the staff with problem solving and training. She reviews each client’s account for completion, accuracy and financial analysis. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, a diploma in Early Childhood Education and a certificate in Bookkeeping. When Kimberly isn’t examining accounts with a fine tooth comb, she finds enjoyment in crafting and creating.

Jaime

Bookkeeping

Jaime attended Sheridan College for accounting where she discovered her appreciation for balancing transactions. She has a wide range of experience including retail and childcare. Jaime relishes the peace and quiet of bookkeeping. When she isn’t digging through client receipts, she is enjoying time with her family of 6.

David

Bookkeeping

David attended Laurentian University and has had over 30 years managing medium sized companies while responsible for the company’s financial management and payroll. He loves delving into each client’s record to understand their company and deliver the best outcome for them. When David isn’t hiding in his office you can find him playing with his grandkids and enjoying time with his wife.
